  • Production Time: Usually 2–3 business days, depending on the size and complexity.
  • Before shipping, we’ll send you a high-resolution preview photo via email for your approval.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll apply protective varnish, frame the painting (if applicable), and carefully pack it for shipment.

  • All paintings are securely packed with waterproof, anti-pressure, and shockproof triple-layer protection.
  • Rolled paintings are shipped in professional art tubes;

  • Every parcel is labeled “Fragile – Artwork Inside” for safe handling.
